Battle of Hubbardton

The cover of this issue traces the movements of British invaders and American defenders during the Revolutionary War at the Battle of Hubbardton in 1777.

The military history of the Battle, written by Carmine A. Pacca a long time member of the Historical Society, traces aspects of the conflict in precise detail based on numerous primary sources. Making this of particular interest is the inclusion of names of individuals who partook in the conflict.

For further reading there is a selected biography including commentary, as well as useful end notes. Well written and informative.
